- Replacing switches, sockets, light fittings, or any other appliance and accessory.
- Fault Finding for loss of power or faulty equipment. Identifying the issue and fixing it (where possible), or providing a quote and advice on the best course of action.
- EICRs and PAT testing for landlords and homeowners. Providing the required certificates, or giving a quote to fix any issues.
- Adding plug sockets, making changes to the lighting, running an electrical supply to a garage or any other additions or alterations to the electrical system.
- Fuseboard or consumer unit upgrades - Often the biggest improvement to electrical safety you can make.
About Me
After working in many aspects of the electrical industry, I found a lack of quality, reliable and qualified electricians willing to take on the small electrical jobs around Brighton and Hove.
I aim to bring the same level of service you’d expected on a large scale project to the small jobs in your home, while making the whole process as quick and painless as possible.

Pricing
Replacements and Fault Finding
£80 for the first hour, then £20 per half hour.
Materials, parking and other expenses are charged at cost, as required.
Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
Communal Areas – £120 up to 5 circuits then £12 per additional circuit
Studio & 1 Bed – £140 up to 7 circuits then £12 per additional circuit
2 & 3 Bed – £160 up to 10 circuits then £12 per additional circuit
4+ Bed – £220 up to 15 circuits then £12 per additional circuit
Additions and Alterations
For additions and alterations such as adding a plug socket, making changes to lighting, adding a circuit for a new appliance or upgrading a fuse board, please contact me for a quote.
